Trigger Point Therapy
This form of trigger point uses oscillation to stir fascia in a multi-directional motion and pinpoints the trigger points in the muscle fibers. Good for people with long time pain or repetitive use injuries. *This massage is clothed and clients need to wear flexible clothing (yoga pants, basketball shorts, t-shirt, etc).
Tui-Na
In tui na massage, the muscles and tendons are massaged with the help of hands, and an acupressure technique is applied to directly affect the flow of qi at different acupressure points of the body, thus facilitating the healing process.

A system of alternative medicine intended to relieve pain and tension by gentle manipulations of the skull regarded as harmonizing with a natural rhythm in the central nervous system. The pressure is no more than the weight of a nickel.
Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD)
Lymphatic drainage massage, also known as manual lymphatic drainage, relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system. Lymphatic drainage massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels. *Only affected areas will be drained.
